This policy explains how Hefes LLC ("we") handles personal data in Veri5 Academy. See also the Veri5 Network Privacy Policy.
Your completion certificate is issued to your Passport account and recorded as a verifiable record. That record holds only a cryptographic proof (a hash) and your identifier — not the content of your coursework. It can be verified without exposing your personal data.
To provide the Academy, track your progress, issue and verify certificates, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and do not use advertising cookies — only an essential sign-in session cookie.
We share data only with service providers under contract (e.g., authentication via Passport), with anyone you show your certificate to (verification touches only the proof), and with authorities where required by law.
We keep learning data while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations. The permanent certificate proof contains no personal content.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data (subject to applicable law, including GDPR, PDPA, and PIPL) by contacting [email protected]. Erasure applies to off-record personal data; it cannot remove a content-free proof, which contains no personal data.
This is a plain-language draft for review by Hefes LLC and its advisers; it is not legal advice.
