These Terms govern your use of Veri5 Academy (the "Academy"), operated by Hefes LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Academy you agree to these Terms and to the Veri5 Network Terms.
You sign in with your Veri5 Passport account and are responsible for activity under it. You must give accurate information and use the Academy lawfully.
On passing a course, a completion certificate is issued to your Passport account and recorded as a verifiable record. The certificate attests only that you completed this course at a given time — it does not certify any skill level, professional competence, licence, or third-party accreditation. Liability and accountability for verifiable records are described in the Veri5 Network Terms.
Course materials are owned by Hefes LLC or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission. We may update or withdraw content at any time.
Do not share your account, cheat assessments to obtain a certificate you did not earn, or use the Academy unlawfully or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts and void certificates obtained through misuse.
The Academy is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hefes will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on course content. Our aggregate liability will not exceed any amount you paid us for the Academy (the Academy is currently free) or USD 100, whichever is greater. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
